Baddesley Park U9 – Respect Festival

Congratulations to our U9 team for being invited to the EDMSL Respect Festival at Stoneham Park 3G complex on a hot and sunny day.

Michael Wotton, U9 Manager said ‘Perfect way to end the season playing in the u9 Respect Festival in the sunshine today. The event was for all the teams that gained 100% respect scores across 30 games this season and we were chosen to receive the Neil Smith Fair Play Award for setting the best example of respect throughout the season. The children and their families deserve enormous credit for this as they had to endure a few tough losses at the start of the season, but they stuck together and never gave up finishing the season with plenty of memorable moments and deserved victories.’
